Workshop : How to make your patterns work for you with fit and colour

Saturday 9th November 2024 - 10.00 am to 1:30pm.

Join us for a special class, exploring how to check your tension, how to use tension to change the design of a pattern to suit yourself, how to modify shaping and how to choose colours that best suit yourself.

Specifically, the class will include:

• How to measure your knitting to check tension.

• How to use tension to design or change your pattern to fit yourself.

• How to modify shaping, neck etc.

• How to choose your own colours to suit yourself when knitting in colour.

The workshop will be from 10.00am to 1.30pm. Coffee and Cake will be served!

Each person will receive a beautiful Di Gilpin Project bag and wool to complete a small tension square.

If you attend this Workshop, please bring:

• 3.25mm or 3.75mm needles or both!
