WORKSHOPS

.All our Workshops are hosted by Di Gilpin with Sheila Greenwell and will be worked around a specific project. The workshops aim to be fun, friendly and creative in our studio at Comielaw Farm with visits to Kellie Castle a short walk away.

Saturday 11th April: Workshop : An In-depth Exploration of how texture and colour work affect tension in Knitting and how to work with it to achieve the right gauge. 10.30am - 1.30pm

Saturday 28th March: The Old New School Caskie Satchel workshop using a combination of Gansey and Intarsia techniques.

Join us for a special class, learning how to create the correct tension for your design.  We will be testing different weights and types of yarn to explore their behavior.  With this knowledge we then discuss how to create your own design, or modify an existing design to your unique fit.

Workshops:

Evening classes: 6.30 - 8pm.

Half Day classes will typically run from 10.00am to 1.30pm. Coffee and Cake will be served!

Full Day classes will typically run from 10.30am to 4.30pm with a break for Lunch. Coffee and cake will also be served.
