Love Hearts Mittens : Pattern

This is for a pdf formatted pattern of the Love Hearts Mittens

Fingerless Mittens, worked flat. (For a Small-Medium size use smaller needles e.g 3.75mm, the pattern is the same). Knitted using Fair Isle stranding technique on the cuff. I couldn’t resist making the mittens a different base colour for Left and Right hands. You can of course resist and make them the same colour! I will be following this Love Hearts theme through with a beret and vest design. I feel we need more Love in the world and this is my small way of sharing some to all of you wonderful knitters!
The design has a little of everything! Fair Isle stranding, Lace knitting and Gansey seeding stitches with a gusset based on the construction of the classic Fisherman’s sweater.

Yarn - Bell Wether Scottish Lambswool by Di Gilpin and Laxtons.
