Blue Moon Wrap : Knit Kit

The Blue Moon Wrap was inspired by my love of the incredible women abstract artists of the last century and in particular Sophie Tauber-Arp. Sophie’s work covers beading, tapestry, painting, drawing and even furniture and marionettes. Bold lines and her fabulous use of colour, shape and form resonate with me. I draw a great deal and Blue Moon emerged one day as I was playing with line and colour in the studio. It reflects my love of the natural world and the ebb and flow of life.

The Blue Moon is now available as a knitting kit following on from a really wonderful dedicated Knit-A-Long with Tribe Yarns in London.  We are offering the original colour way designed by Di to include a downloadable PDF of the pattern, Di Gilpin organic cotton knitting bag, 10 balls of Lalland DK and a special woven DG label to sew in!
